    That’s great thanks. Just the toe boards to pop off, so all accessible, just below rather than inside the cabinet. I suppose the only issue would be if one of the isolation connectors started to weep at some point in its life and couldn’t be left disconnected for any length of time. It’d be something of a pita to swap one out with only 5 or so inches to swing spanners…

    [USER=”4209″]electrofix[/USER] Judging by the number of blackened tracks on that end of the PCB it’s fried, and quite honestly we’ve been lucky to get this many washes out of it! The spindle (1014) fits into it’s socket, and also into the selector knob (203) securely enough, so I think they’re ok, or is it worth replacing those as well, while I’m ordering a board?

    Thanks Dave. It’s sitting there with a load in at the moment, refusing to start, so I’ll get the lid off and have a look at the state of the knob and shaft. (Unplugged first, obvs!)
