    Yeah ordered it in March 2018 and it’s a 12 month warranty so attacked it with the screw driver.

    Turned out to be the latch had pushed right back and was constantly engaging the microswitches.

    Reset and tested it a few times before building back up.

    All working now.

    FIXED

    yeah sorry, thought they would be much of a muchness on this type of thing.

    It’s a sharp QW-D21l492X

    It’s in the region of about 18-24months old.
