Just to let you know that I located the problem, maybe you can help with a spare part.

The plastic controller (behind the function control knob) did not work properly as a small bit of plastic had broken off the spindle. This resulted in one of the contacts being damaged and thus no connection was being made.

Spare part anyone??

Maybe you can help me with some other information.

I have managed to track down the manufacturer to a company called Nardi, based in Milan. They cannot help me either but have advised of a UK based Service Centre called:

When I call this number it just rings out and I’m held in a queue (don’t believe that there are any operators answering the phone). Can anyone tell me if they are still in exsistance?
