i went out and had a look and there is a timed programme! i cleaned the water container out full off crap, its still jumping 2.04 to 00.01 after 3 mins, put it on the timed 40mins and told him to let me know how its gone

THANKS FOR THE HELP, TURNS OUT THE SUPPLIER HAD SENT THE WRONG SWITCH, 8 connectors long instead of 9 but looked the same, all sorted now

i have one of the carbons and not standard, they have a recess were the screw comes though and a lump on the motor where this fits so the normal ones wont fit, look like the normal ones apart from this

was hoping someone on here had done work for them, they seem keen to get me on board rang me again today and emailed yesterday, i printed the contract yesterday it seems if i do a job i give ask the customer if they want a card from this company and they can get a free months insurance on the machine then if they carry on with the insurance i get 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for the life of the insurance and if the machine goes off they get me to do the repair, they do say about setting up a spares account with them so not sure how that would work, 12 pages to read!
