The machine doesn’t appear to fill above the filter ass’y.

I did have a further look at the machine yesterday & managed to get access
to the wash pump.

I have read other reports that it could be the wash pump u/s, which appears
to be the problem, as it doesn’t appear to operate when the machine progresses to the wash cycle.

Hi Simon,

When I open the machine’s door & look at the filter area within the base of the machine there is a puddle of water within in it.

I can’t confirm about the whooshing sound, as I don’t let the machine progress to the wash cycle.
