Just tried rotating the drum by hand and whilst it does seem to rotate quite freely there is a cyclic clicking sound that doesn’t sound as though it’s coming from the motor. Possible foreign object? I don’t suppose there’s any easy way to check without dismantling things?

Does the fact that the machine works fine on a spin cycle perhaps point to it being a fault with the pcb? Seems odd that the motor would rotate the drum at full speed but not at slow speeds i.e during the wash cycle.
