    I took it down to a mate in a garage and he heated the pulley up till it was red hot and its still stuck on. I think I’m heading for a new machine I will buy a Bosch again as we have had it years and the only thing I have replaced was the brushes.

    Can you get a recon motor as a new one is about £160
