You need to answer the questions posed or, you’re just a lair here to cause trouble and I pretty much now know that to be the case.
You do not and have never owned an ISE product.
In the absence of any evidence to the contrary the above holds true, you are a liar, a cheat, a cad, a complete utter idiot IMO, whatever you choose.
Now, it’s on you to prove otherwise.

Wow. You’re the ISE MD?
I think your board need to have a rethink and sack you. Maybe having you on board is half or at least most of the reason your other company NW Appliances has Adverse Credit reports and is in Liquidation and ISE is struggling to stay afloat.
I’ll reveal myself the next time David calls me begging me to do a service call as you’re in the sh1t.

If you cannot provide that, you’re just a liar and not a customer at all.
Please re-read what I’ve already said :rolls:

kwatt wrote:And, again, what are your details so I can confirm that you own or have ever owned an ISE?
You already have our details. On your ISE complaints database!
kwatt wrote:So far as I can see, you can’t buy again as you never bought one in the first place so, that makes you a liar or a plant for a competitor.
How can you possibly tell that from a forum username or email address? That statement alone makes me sick that you would talk to a customer in this way just because you do not recognise the email address or username. It is a big world and people have many email addresses!
kwatt wrote:I will talk to someone that attacks any business I am involved in in any way I please just as I will defend ISE customers and dealers in the same way and you, thus far, are just trying to cause trouble for all, no more.
This is a free country. Freedom of speech was granted a long while ago. You offer these facilities where users can create a username and post. They are your rules, not mine. I oblige your rules and now I get demanded to announce my personal details here. I don’t think so!
If you want it your way, make it so people have to use real names. Otherwise, don’t moan when they don’t and certainly do not criticise when we do not want to issue real information over the internet in your website!
kwatt wrote:In the absence of any details that you are an ISE customer, you’re a liar on to cause said trouble and that being the case, I can talk to you however I please given the accusations being made by you.
Please re-read above!
kwatt wrote:Of course I could seek legal redress for slander and seek your actual identity from your ISP.
Feel free. If my door ever gets a knock from the Police or if I get a letter, I’ll hold my hands up before I issue my proof of bad service.
kwatt wrote:Have a nice day.
Do you read these back? Your fellow directors will not be happy I guess. The way you represent ISE is appalling.

The ISE owner kwatt is a very arrogant and disrespectful man. After the way he’s spoken to me here as an apparent company manager or professional, I would not buy his machines again if they came with a physical person to load it and unload it, were plated in gold and had a lifetime warranty all for 99 pence.
Mr kwatt, I’m sure your board of directors would be proud to see how you speak to people and I’m sure they’ll be happy knowing that you fly the ISE flag on this website.

kwatt wrote:I in fact think that you are a liar and that you do not own and, have never owned an ISE product. I think that you are little more than a troll here to cause trouble. You could be a competitor or, you might be someone that just has a dislike of the people here or, even just ISE.
But until you can provide some proof that you are an actual real person, you’re no more than an annoyance and nobody should pay any attention to you at all.

You should take lessons in dealing with the public and customer service. Your attitude resembles a fat cat talking down to mice.

I have done you a great big favour here as after this exchange of views, you can bet some pennies that you will be treated like a King from Monday onwards so you can come back here and praise. No thanks needed by the way.
Site Admin wrote:This poster has proved to be posting false, misleading and potentially libellous information and does not and never has owned an ISE product. It would appear that this poster has a personal agenda to tarnish the name of ISE and/or UK Whitegoods.
This was exposed by site admin and the remainder of how that came about can be read here if you are inclined.
Our apologies for allowing this spam to exist but in the interest of honesty we felt it best to let it remain even if under tight control.

It’s not unusual Richard. Lots of people online dislike the machine itself (Some do like it but there again, it is a generic factory build machine picked out of a component catalogue and badged as ISE as they do not actually produce anything themselves) but worse still, people seem to HATE the after sales service.
The slightest ‘HINT’ of wrong detergent, over filling, incorrect installation etc etc etc and you’d better get your cheque book out.
As far as not receiving a phone call, that’s because they probably don’t have an engineer in your area and are scrambling around to get one or the engineer they use in your area is just too busy or just too bone idol and cannot pick the phone up.
