Hi Don,

thanks for the answers. What kind of difference would a Zanussi oven (at £420 or so) make compared to the lower end ones (other than catalytic liner?) Finding it hard to assess pros/cons and whether spending more is worth it.

For hob, leaning towards a different AEG model (IKB64301FB) as it’s £180 cheaper with same total/max power, but with the more typical hob configuration (1 large, 2 medium, 1 small). Bosch hobs seem mostly more expensive for less total power, although I have been keeping an eye out as I’ve heard it’s generally a good brand.
