sorry to be a numpty but when you say top rubber seal with the bin removed, which rubber seal, also the cleaner seems to pickup better when in a leeser angle to the sweeping unit, ie the more it bends back the less the suction, as far as I can see all pipes and clip in plastics are installed correctly. THANKS AGAIN!!

All the removable bits are clean and sat correctly in place. Im farily sure that the problem lies with the seals of the fact that its worn on the bin/cyclonic unit to upright catch, as the noise (loud air escape) goes when the assembly is pushed back into the seals, or the seals are worn. I will wash as per your advice, Thanks for replying!
