    I agree with the above comments.
    It sounds like a defrost of the fridge will do the trick in the short term.

    But if you find the same happening after a week or so
    It is probably due to the freezer not performing a defrost cycle.
    This can be due to a few things.

    I have had a fault with a kgu3201 where the “sensor NTC” ,actually a sort of fuse for the defrost heater, went faulty (open circuit) causing the defrost heater not to heat during a defrost cycle.
    The result was a lot of ice formation resulting in incorrect air flow , resulting in the freezer not getting down to the correct temperature.

    You will need an engineer to help you.
