Martin,
I have decided to scrap the machine, I’ve taken the front off the door and recycled the power connector. The machine is exactly the same as before. When I reset the end light comes on straight away and not in a minute. I can get a new machine for not much more than a new control module. I have noticed that there is limescale on places that I did not expect to see it.
And “indoors” says we need a working machine for Christmas, with the amount of washing up to be done. Thanks for your help!

Before I took the sides off, when I turned it on aswell as the pump running sounds could be heard from the control board, like a clock running and tripping switches.

There is a red rod coming from the base of the machine, which operates a micro switch this is down. If I lift it I can hear the switch operate and release.

Martin,
I’ve checked the hoses and fill matrix, it all appears to be ok., and clean. there is a slight build up of limescale in the waste part of the matrix.

I’ve removed the top and side panels? There is NO water in the bottom, or sign of ever having any water in the bottomDecember 18, 2013 at 6:18 pm in reply to: Bosch Classixx Maxx Freedom Performance Slimline Dishwasher #406491enfield250

Martin,
I have checked the flood plate by tipping the machine backwards, nothing ran out. Reset again still exactly the same.

Martin,
The numbers etched on the door are:
SRS53602gb/28
Type SD13H1B
016020237327026831I tried the reset again, the pump did not turn off after 60secs, neither did it turn off after I opened the door. Also the pump turn on as soon as the on/off button is pressed.
