Similar thing happens to mine. In my case it’s when the water casette (over)fills. The float switch thing that turns it off when too full has stopped working (prob clogged up with muck must get around to cleaning it out).

If mine trips I can sort it out by emptying the casette and turning the knob to the “cooling down” part of the cycle (ie heter element not powered up) and running it for a few mins to dry out.

Interesting to see if yours is the same problem.
