Leonids,sir, you are a genius. I can confirm that this fix also works for the S20DRBB32 with the addition of an extra step to remove the big Frost Free panel at the back of the fridge (8 screws behind the blue vent covers- just prise these off).

Fridge now at 5c as requested. Beers chilling nicely. Can’t believe this monster of a fridge was crippled by such a small plastic part snapping!
