the machine is square on a flat concrete floor so I’ll have a look to see if it is the suspension damper. When the machine is off the drum certainly seems ‘floppy’ inside the casing. Is it a difficult job to replace these dampers? If it needs brute force, I won’t be able to do it.

Penguin45.
And if the filter is clear?
I’m having the same thing with my aeg oko lavamat and changed the pump as I thought the old one might not be working. New pump, works fine, the machine is still jumping about and it looks like the drum is trying to get out of the casing.fenwoman

I am definately going to get the ISE10 but it’ll have to wait until the end of November. I figure with that kind of warranty I simply cannot go wrong.

Never heard of ISE before which is why Iposted here asking for info. Certainly the ISE 10 looks like it may be the machine for me and with a 10 year parts and labour warranty it seems I cannot lose. Although it has lots of ‘features’ which I will never use (tend to use the same programmes all the time, either full 40C wash or occasional quick wash)it has a nice fast spin speed which is essential for the rare occasions I have to use my dryer. Many thanks for your input. It has proved invaluable. Shame the Titan isn’t of the same quality as my ‘Titan’ as he is 8 years old and still going strong.
