Hiya,

It’s a Brittania range cooker, I don’t know the model number off hand.

I don’t buy that it’s ‘bad timing’ either and have now emailed Brittania. They were the one’s who referred my issue to this company. Not impressed!

Not sure they are registered, I’ll check – but should be I guess if Brittania are using them as their engineers!
