No worries mate, sorry I couldn’t provide a quick fix. Some errors can be quite fatal I’m afraid. Good luck with your washing machine!

    Re: Fridge not cooling

If the freezer is still cooling (early stages), it has most likely “dropped its gas” as most say. For a BOSCH, the temperature is usually -18 to -24 degrees.

Do you know if the fan in the fridge is running at all? If it has been transported, it could also be that the fan has seized or has been damaged.

For this error code, it is linked to the Display Module and Motor Controller being out of sequence as far as I can remember. I will check newer information also, but they don’t usually change much.

First action I suggest: Power off, unscrew top panel screws and ensure everything is correctly wired. Screw back on, plug in and check. Little things can cause Fisher & Paykel machines to beep / provide errors.

If fault persists you will need to turn AUTO RESTART FEATURE OFF.

Second Action – Enter DIAGNOSTIC MODE: Hold Wash Temp DOWN + POWER ON. LOW WATER LEVEL LED OFF = RESTART OFF. When the FIVE leftmost LED wash progress indicator lights are on, RESTART is OFF. Re-check.

A new fault code should appear – which should provide a lot more specific instructions as this fault code is very vague and uncommon. If fault code doesn’t appear re-enter diagnostic mode and put Hold and Low Spin Speed LEDs on and it should display an error code – all is good, it should be different to the one you’re experiencing.

This may help us identify what component is causing the problem.

Worst Case Scenario: Motor Controller Module Replacement or Display Module. The uncommon errors are usually the worst I’m afraid. I don’t see these errors very often.
