Liebherr is some of the best in terms of build quality and aligned in price with Miele….very popular in Germany, not in the UK. I had one and the thermostat failed….

Thank you, but do you recommend with or without fan?

For example I like this cheap one from Candy with no fans….a low frost one….magic of marketing?
Now that Candy/Hoover (which I used to work for!) has been bought by the Chinese of Haider they had the money to do new products and they look good! Engineered in Italy!

    also I highly rate BEKO

and this Hotpoint is basically what I have now with the fan in the fridge, fan the broke after few years. now 10 years old not worth repairing

No doubt MIELE has still the best quality but I do not think worth the cost. They still brake!

Thank you. but why they all do that? is an insulation problem or a refrigerant circulation problem? or something else?

Sorry it is a 70-30 which seems the most common option. It is a Hotpoint/Ariston BCB 31 AA E.
If I buy the same/similar height 70-30 I do not think I will have problems. I fitted a few of these with no problem even if the height is not exactly the same. this is declared as 177,9cm but I suppose a 180 will be fine too. the cabinet has enough space and I think the measurement are not always precise and depends on the extension of the feet

But what about fan or no fan? what is your recommendation?
