    Sorry for late reply. Took heater back to supplier today,supplier tested it said it was ok but replaced anyway to keep me happy .fault still same.:-( Machine was stopping with I think it was prewash light flashing,fault guide said heater fault

    🙁 replaced valve but still the same.. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance

    Had machine running but both the heater and fan motor fail to start at anytime 🙁

    Thanks for prompt reply.Would that also stop the heater and fan motor being energised??
