Thanks very much for the advice, Kwatt, I really appreciate it

I have put water into the compartment, but there doesn’t appear to be any way of adjusting the rinse aid setting.

I will run it through a load of cycles, and keep fingers and everything else crossed.

How will I know if it needs a new compartment? Will it be obvious?
