Just an update. Decided to bite the bullet an sjust order a interface. Bit of a gamble to be fair but I’d didnt pay off. Fitted it and its still the same. I’ll try the house builder and if that fails I’ll just get hotpoint it to it. Least I’ve a parts warranty on it

    I never thought of that.
I didn’t actaully buy the dishwasher in person. I moved I to a new build that had all new hotpoint appliances. I do have a 2 year warranty with the house builder so I’ll approach them I think. Technically it was them that purchased it.

    Cheers for your help

That’s a bit annoying. So if it’s the control board it’ll work out cheaper to have it repaired I suppose.
One thing my partner did notice yesterday that when she used program 6, the machine switched off as normal and didn’t come back on. I’ve asked her to try and use various program settings to get a pattern. I’ve only ever tried it on program 1 which we normally use all the time and that’s when the issue is present.

I’ve only had it around 22 months which is annoying. It’s not like it’s an old machine. It’s been registered for the 10 years parts warranty so at least if I did have to get someone out I’m hoping Ill only need to pay labour.

I appreciate all your help mate.

That’s great mate. Thanks for the help. Whe is it listed as a different model code than the one on the actual machine? And do you have a part number for the above part? Is that the control board?

    Below that it’s 61057110100
    And 869991057110
I can’t find any details at all about the washer but searching on hotpoint website although i have found a sales manual for it

I was thinking that. I stripped the front off it yesterday. There’s a circuit board for the switch panel but then the wires disappear inside the machine. Could the small circuit board for the swict panel be the control panel as well. I’ve tried to contact hotpoint for almost a week now and can’t actaully speak to anyone. And when I try my model on their website it doesn’t recognise the model so I cant see a parts lost for it.
