Its a general enquiry as the peg type thing that holds the back panel in place is used on lots of frost free fridge freezers. I’m talking about the back panel that you need to take off to get to the evaporator.

Hi Martin, thanks for your help.

The model is 3688-6ka PNC927717621.

There is a big lump of ice inside but no water in the reevap tray on top of the compressor. I see that the drain tube is inside the casing and was wondereing whether there is a design fault and that the drain is icing up inside the casing?? (although it’s only a larder fridge ).
