It doesn’t sound like it TBH. More like a pressure system or module fault. There are some on here more familiar with this machine Im sure 😉

When you say you unplugged it and its the same, do you mean water still comes in or is it when you power it back up after?. If its the first then I would suspect the fill valve has jammed in the open position and will be in need of replacement.

Nice choice 😀 Make sure your installation certificate arrives approx 3 weeks after Corgi guy fits the hob.
Then put the document with your house stuff, so if and when you sell your property, the next owners know that the appliance has been installed legally and safe 😉Greg

A Neff or a Bosch will do nicely, not as easy to clean as they used to be but are good quality and reasonably priced.
