    Re: Bosch SGI43A76GB/07 sump float

    Hi
Yes, the older models use this float, some use the electronics to time the fill and then the rest use that flow meter/impeller jug.
Given the build age of your one its recommended to change the safety system assembly (mushroom shaped thing in base) also, p/no 490618.

    Re: Siemens VARIO electronic Fridge/Freezer

    Hi
Its a matter of bypassing the ntc in question.
Kit basically contains two ferrules and an instruction sheet to explain which wires to cut and join.
Due to limitations on here, we cannot give you this information, sorry.
Only specialist tool you will need is a crimping tool 😉
Its not rocket science to do the job IMHO 😀

    Re: Siemens VARIO electronic Fridge/Freezer

    Hi
When you give full information it always helps 😀
What you have is a failed foamed in NTC sensor.
What you need is a kit p/no 491415. available by emailing spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk.
If some idiots come on here suggesting cutting into wall of appliance to change sensor, please ignore them. :nono:
For the sake of about a tenner, its far better than butchering your lovley applianace 😉

Power off if you are to attempt any work on the appliance :plug:

Re: Leaking from drain at front

Remove it again fully, catching any water that should come out.
Fully clean the filter unit and its seal/s, also the housing it fits into making sure there are no foreign bodies that would impede the sealing faces.
Might be an idea to pop a make and model up incase you need a spare 😉

If its been in storage that length of time , the rubber seal of filter may have perished slightly.

    Hi
Registering is not mandatory for you to get the 2 year cover.
Registering just means Domestic and General get your details so they can try and get you to take their extended warranty out after the 2 years has elapsed. 😉

Sounds like a faulty clock unit to me.
To give more accurate information, we would require the enr number which is usually around the perimeter of the main oven or door; when opened.

Have you tried googling the model number?
