Hi
I would start by checking for blockage in pressure system. If there is gunge or whatever in manifold; which air hose to pressure switch/s is connected, then you will get this fault.
You may also have a faulty pressure switch/s, module or holed pressure hose.
Try the first and see how you get on 😉Greg
PS Remove hose from pressure switch and blow down it, you should feel no restriction, maybe a slight bubbling noise. Power off of course :plug:

These are top machines and very rarely have motor or electronics fault. I would get the brushes module and go from there personally.

Do you have the 12 NC number off the rating sticker on side of salad compartment wall.

Its not just the “making do” stretching the spring, eventually you will; if not already wear brush down so far that the metal fly lead part in the core will be protruding. It is this in contact with motor com that iadom means will cause motor and/or electronic failure.
Up to you but it means tens of pounds (at the moment) or hundreds of pounds damage (If you insist on using). Your choice, I know what I would do 😉Greg

ParticipantRe: Freezer Door Seal
I would imagine it will be complete door if there are no screw holes behind door seal. Factory bonding the seal between door liner and outer is an all to common thing these days Im afraid. More waste for the environment 🙄
Greg
PS – Im not familiar with this applaince but some seals do just push into a ridge eg some bosch. Worth checking 😉

Check the wiring form module to motor plug for continuity.
Check the rear of the motor (opp motor shaft) to see if the small tacho unit is loose or hanging off.All these can be done with the power off :plug:
Any further faulting would best sorted or confirmed by an engineer from the link below.

Water matrix is the blueish or clear coloured water tank on l/h side of appliance when steel panel removed.

You are correct, but eventually electronics will fault to END of cycle.

💡 Could be low fill or boderline fill thus intermittently activating microswitch which would give you a low heat also.

Module, tacho on motor fault or wiring to motor damage.

What is the wash force through spray arms like? Does the heater microswitch stay closed during recirculation?Check your socket and plugtop for any damage?

Does the ticking sound happen when you turn the drum by hand?? It does sound like seg damage on the motor commutator to be honest. This would mean new motor Im afraid.Greg

Mmm its better than Big Brother. All we need is mike the bike to advise how to melt down tubes from other dishwasher and mould them into a new set of metering tubes for the new machine 🙄 😈
