    Hi
Usually the spring of the flap gets mangled. A kit p/no 166630 is available.
All can be done without taking door apart, but it can be a fiddle 😉
Worse case scenario you may need a new dispenser p/no 490467.
These spares are available by contacting spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required.

Caution when removing and installing the dispenser unit as the stainless steel edges are quite sharp ❗

Providing there is sufficient water pressure and you can hear it fill, I would go with a faulty flow meter/impellor jug; p/no 424099 😉

Not a problem happening now, I remember the Maxx w/ms weights falling off 😆
They have since changed the way its held.
Sorry can’t be of any real help.

The BSH download section is pretty hit and miss at best :rolls:
P/no for manual is 519655 and an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk , should get you sorted. 😉

    Hi
Its a water level error, usually two things. 😉
1/ The Water Indicator (WI) gets clogged with crud and will be in need of a tooth brush to clean its grill. (WI is below filters at a 3 oclock position)
2/ Them god awful askoll recirculation pumps (They judder and splutter and generally give poor recirculatuion ) 😆

    All is revealed here

Power off if you are to attempt any repair on this appliance and watch the metal edges as they are razor sharp 😉

    Moved to Trade 😉
I would agree with bagman also, most likely PCB, p/no 261037 £123.84 + the usual. 😀
