The kits are bulls@@it. Most vibrate, dont know why but a plastic base isnt gonna help considering load (7kg). Bearings are inadequate for load.
For same price or around a Miele or a Bosch are far better a buy.Greg

7yrs is pretty good going. If you thinking of replacing Bosch or Miele are excellent machines. Miele tend to be the leaders but their cost of purchase and spares reflect that also.Regards

PS – Bosch have 2 yrs free parts and labour at the momen; not sure about Miele Im sure someone will chirp in 😀

Check model number?? Could it be a KGV3120GB, if so there should be additon digits after the GB.Cheers

I thought that the Neff and Bosh had 2yr warranty but at the moment Siemens were giving 5yrs parts and labour ??
