Re: ISE 10 Review (Hope It Helps!)
Well we have had the ISE 10 for a month now and it will have completed over 60 washes in that time, in a word this machine is excellent !. Yes delivery was protracted 🙁 but the qualities that really stand this apart are the speed and quality of the wash along with the incredible non movement of the machine casing on the 1600 spin! 😯 Controls are a breeze and so simple I have even been allowed to drive it once or twice myself!.
A couple of things I would note are that the water pump is louder than the outgoing model and also the water cut off after filling is very abrupt and clangs all the cold water pipes in our house, not ideal when on a 2am economy 7 run. 😯
However I feel that I have made the right long term decision and with 4 kids I have peace of mind for the next 10 years, oh and as if in sympathy for our departed AEG (Electrolux / Zanussi :rolls: ) washing machine our AEG tumble dryer is now grumbling, the ISE10 could be looking for a utility room buddie soon…

took the plunge last week after the reveiws and risked the wait, was due for delivery to my reseller this morning. ISE just advised him it will not be here today, maybe tomorrow afternoon 😡 . Spoke to them diectly and it appears there is little they can do (driver from delivery company did not turn up and no contingency), not happy as my 4 kids are getting dirtier by the day !!, I could have picked up a Miele last thursday. If they want to compete they need to sort the deliveries out before others give up, I mean waiting a week for an appliance ???!!??

Update….AEG is dead, concrete block on drum had worked loose and been smashing against the control board for about a year & it gave up the ghost. Excellent repair man tried everything to revive it and recomemned not spending any more money on it……however ordered an ISE10 today due for delivery Tuesday !!!

Thanks very much for the advice, tried that but no change, 🙁 have managed to get an engineer out tomorrrow
