Thanks for the feedback. WE have just drawers underneath – I am hoping that if we make sure that the back of the units has free access to the stone walls of the house (ie underneath the worktop where the hob will be fitted) and that we maybe put a vent into the plinth of the units then this will ensure enough air circulation. Can you advise on best option for getting the hob fitted – I was going to contact a local electrical contractors who are quite a reputable company for their quote – I was hoping that they would also tackle making the aperture for the hob bigger.
