No, you don’t understand, this model has never had bearing pads on, there is no place for them to fit, bizarre I know…..

Stop using Non Bio Liquid, switch to powder, stop washing at 30 on a regular basis, the hotter the better.

Use 90 when doing a maintenance wash using Bi carb or bleach…..

I have this conversation with every customer I see

Does sound like a PCB fault, is the pump fed directly from the PCB for both wires? Sometimes they share a neutral through the heater or fill valves…..

What can happen is the washer fills on one valve for a small amount of time then switches to a different valve and it sounds like this second valve is jammed/faulty.

I would check the operation of all the valves and the continuity across the terminals of each valve, should be around 70 K ohms.

Re: Bosch Excell H24 Error Code

    Its H24 not F24!

I’m an engineer myself, but none of the literature I have gives me a H24 code. I know how to check the pump, but its emptying fine.

It has gone through the program twice since the fault but would like to know what H24 means……

    Any takers?

What exactly did the British Gas engineer say was the problem, did he mention a gas leak at all?
