We pulled out the washing machine and did a wash and it worked fine so we think the pipes must have been getting crushed when we put it back in so we ended up pulling out the dishwasher to make sure this didn’t happen again when we pushed it back in as it was quite a tight fit.

Sorry!! The model number is Classica A8604 but thanks for your help with the suggestions you have made we seem to have sorted the problem it’s working OK now. Thanks for your help. 😀

Thanks for that we have checked that and no it is not pushed right down but the dial just doesn’t seem to be moving round we have watched it for a while and the dryer works fine.
