Noise problem was just a loose freezer shelf. Temp ok now. Only problem seems to be that it tries to draw 5.4 amps a few times to start. Stops immediately & then starts normally with 0.64 amps going down to 0.5 amps. Can this be dangerous or can we live with it? Thank you.

Thanx. In fact i found that the interior light being dimly on is because of the cool ambient room temp & is not a fault on this model. A new pcb acted in the same way until we heated up the room. Its a pity u have to change an expensive pcb rather than a thermostat but hopefully its more long lasting. Could u tell me what NTC stands for please? Tx again
