Ive been away for a few days and the customer is now scrapping the machine and im off to fit the replacement.

Its sad to see a machine being scrapped for the sake of a 10P part!

13 Amp plug ok tried diff’ wall socket earth loop test on the supply is fine, have not checked the mains filter as it is before the main board or so i thought, i will nip back out and give it a try. and report back.

Thanks Martin, turns out the machine is under warranty so i have Hoover coming to look at it.

If i find out what was up i will post it here.
