I have been in contact with citizens advice again today,they are as enraged about this type of rip off company as I am,and are going to assist me if I get any hassle from them,now that I am trying to cancel the so called contract.Trading standards were not much help,just said I was stupid to not put the phone down in the first place,but I used to be too polite to do that, but not any more.I am off on holiday for 2 weeks on friday but wont be able to relax with this ongoing situation but its good to read comments from other engineers.I dont feel so isolated now

So far they have only charged what they said they would
but there are many warnings on blagger.com
where they have taken unauthorised amounts.
The website they set up is rubbish and there are no links to it when the name of the main city where I work is put into google along with appliance repairs etc. even though they said this would be available.I would not have agreed if I had known this would happen.

This was a verbal contact over the phone,but apparentley this is binding
if it is buisness to buisness. When I looked on the interenet I found many complaints about them.I now find there is no cooling off period either.
