Re: ZANUSSI DISHWASHER DE540X PCB FIRES

When the insurance company contacted us after the fire April 2007 we checked with Connect Distribution ref the Modification instructions as they sold us the part, when they checked their stock, none of the stock parts had mod kits or instructions in them at the time.

The part was genuine, boxed and brand new, pt no DST 973911915211008 / 1527519332 purchased 2/10/2006, does anyone know if the mods were being issued in the box at this time or did this happen later after they had a habit of bursting into flames at a later date.

    Re: MFI Turmoil

    Hi Guys,

I am in the same boat but talking to a solicitor today this comes under the principle of MUTUAL DEBT, mutual debt allows offset of payments and I can not see a better example of a mutual trading where we buy parts for their appliances and invoice them back to them + 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. Advise was dont pay anything and debt collectors normally don’t have the funds to take people to court unless they are guaranteed to win. If they threaten you you can report them to the B.E.R.R. which was the D.T.I. as they will be on them like a ton of bricks for intimidation.

    Re: MFI Creditors

Yeah I got a threatening call today also, MFI owe me 6k more than i owe them for doing their work (parts and labour), it seems wrong that I have to pay for parts which I have fitted on their appliances when I am not getting paid myself. Looking into the legalities on insolvency law on this as whether amounts are legally allowable to be offset, if so im okay, If anyone has any advice on this I would appreciate it.
