    I opened the motor cover and the cogs wont move and it motor seems to be jammed. i will have to get a pair of nose pliers tomorrow to see if i can free the motor

    hi, did you get any luck ? i know the motors get clogged, so the motors need to be washed out, and in our case , new softner. ive cleaned the motor but i dont know how to test the motor connector or the motor itself . Not sure what else it could be
