ParticipantThanks Dave. I checked the wires and none appear to be broke or damaged. Checked the sensor with a multimeter when cold and also in hot water and it appears to be o.k. The resistance changes value with temperature change although not sure it’s in spec. Is it possible to fix the pcb at component level? Would there be a part that commonly fails on the pcb to cause it to think the sensor faulty? Thanks

I checked the Bosch website and unfortunately the donor module has a different part number than my machine. Good advice on following the tracks to the plugs and also thanks for the link to the Bosch website. Dave when you say the timers can be configured different does that mean that the wash cycle and heat cycle may take longer or also may be quicker depending on how it’s configured? Thanks

What things would you check to see what could have caused it? Do you think the control module will work on a machine with the same model number except the last two digits are different? I definitely don’t want another board to blow. Thanks
