Well am I glad I bought a Kuppersbusch!!! Get this for a success story….
I emailed the lovely Alison ( 😳 ) as directed from the website, and she put me in touch with the even lovelier Ruth 😯 . She quoted me £117.54 for the part, inc VAT and delivery. I thought about it for a few days, because it’s always difficult to know whether to commit that sort of money or just chuck the whole thing out, especially when I was not certain the control PCB was at fault.
I ordered the part over the phone yesterday 1-45, and it arrived this morning just before noon. It took me about half and hour to fit, I plugged it in, and we are now in business again! All within 24 hours!
And….. they sent a freepost envelope to return the old part, presumably for recycling purposes. Well I think thats good service, and I recommend Kuppersbusch to anyone and everyone!!
