Hi There,

Yes it is a european spec, I am in France at the moment. The start light is flashing 4 times then pause and the beep is a constant one. I have already put hot water down the sump and cleaned the black filter several times with a tooth brush but to no avail. The machine either just keeps trying to empty then beeps and does the 4 flash pattern, or goes half way through a wash cycle then starts the 4 flash and beeps. Hope this is more clear. The water does actually pump out of the machine, so the pipe isn’t blocked either!
