    Hi.
    I know this probably wont help you now but I found this page so thought I should post my findings for others. I have just had the same problem with my candy grand evo and all suggestions failed to fix the problem. I dont guarantee this will be a fix for everyone but it worked for me.
    Remove the main circuit board which is in a plastic housing at the bottom rear of the machine below the power cable. To do this, remove the 1 screw holding it in place, unplug the 7 ports, mark them so you know how to put it back and mark the orientation of the board in the housing. Unclip the pcb. Now you will see 4 12vDC relays on the board(small white boxes), 3 in a cluster at one end and one on its own at the other. The one on its own is the offending article. My one was stuck, I tried to find this component for sale but had no luck so I decided to ping it a few times with my finger hoping to free it up and it worked. I hope this prevents someone from pulling their hair out as I have been doing for the past 6 days!
