Re: Lamona HJA8631 won’t change program cycle
Please can someone shine a light on my frustrating dishwasher issue. This dishwasher is almost 3 years old now and been looked after properly. A few days ago it stopped working properly.
When pressing the program button to move along this different cycles nothing happens. It’s stuck on the no heat cycle and won’t move along. When trying it the other day just out of morbid curiosity it descided to let me move it along to the 70 degree wash. The wash completed fine. No problems. The water was heated and the washer drIned perfectly. When I tried to change it to a lower heat cycle (50 degree economy wash) it just stayed On the no heat cycle again. I can use the force drain setting (press on/off switch for 3 secs till light flashes) and it drains no problem. I can start the test cycle and that gets so far then just stops and all cycle lights flash. When I do start that test cycle though when it stops and I open the dishwasher there are bubbles in the bottom and water wish I use the force drain to empty. It will do a full no heat cycle but that’s it. I’ve made sure all filters are clean and checked the pump which also was all clear.
It’s driving me crazy now. Any help would be great fully appreciated.
