    Interesting to note that on the Which review, the steam option is not acknowledged. This machine has steam refresh at the end of some washes but Hotpoint have been criticised for implying that steam refresh was an option without a wash program being used.

    I need answers to: Is it normal for times to change up and down whilst a wash is on, and if so why. Why does a wash program leave the clothes too wet and then a proper spin do it OK? Pulling my hair out here

    Hi Electrofix. OK so far I’ve checked filter – absolutely no blockage of any kind; run the autoclean program with cleaner – got nice and hot and pumped all out; ran rinse program – checked output from hose – perfect. Any other ideas please?

    Hi John. Don’t suppose it was a NSWR 963C was it? I have similar flashing H20 occasionally although waterpressure high. Only just joined forum as I have other problems, like times on washes which are already very long increasing several times during wash and also having to do an extra spin as despite 1600 rpm washing is still more than damp. D you have similar problems?
