Bugga… 🙁 Okay I shall put it up for auction online with a $1 reserve (like the last one, seems we are getting a graveyard of faulty washing machines here)… and keep looking for a decent 2ndhand one, maybe from someone we know that we can try before we buy.

My husband says the computer is not operating the solenoid to let the water in – it just kinda opens it in short bursts.

We even undid the connection on the tap while it was turned on just to make sure the water was still running! (yes it was).
