    I bought a new washer and when i came to fit it and took out my existing one i found the blockage in the waste pipe so i have fixed it now and took the new one back for a refund.
    The leaking pipe on the recirculation pump i have fixed by carefully cutting off the damaged hose and replacing it with a rubber hose of a thermostat off a car and clamping it on with 2 jubelee clips. It works fine and i have used it a few times with no leaks .

    Thanks for the info, but i think ill just buy a new one. These machines arent built to last these days.

    My Dishwasher is still full of water when i open the door, i cant get it to empty, Any ideas please?

    Will i have to take the machine back out to do this and tip it on its back or are the filters and sump accessible from inside?
    Incidentally i tiped it on its back to take the pump off, would that have triggered the washer to think it is blocked?

    I have fixed the leak now and it worked for a while then started beeping again. When i opened the door it had soap bubbles in the bottom and had stopped the cycle. The red light was flashing 4 times this time.

    I striped the dishwasher down and switched it on to see where the leak was coming from and alot of water started splashing out underneeth down the back, i quickly switched it off and unplugged it and as i was cleaning up the water i noticed the recirculation pump you mentioned earlier on was leaking from the top pipe.
    Do i have to buy a new pump just for the pipe or can i repair it?

    The pattern of the flashes is 2 flashes then a break then 2 flashes and so on.

    Did you fix the problem?
    Mine is doing the same now. When you select a programe and press start the start light flashes and when you close the door the beeping starts. The wash cycle sounds like its starting but it doesnt do anything after that, it just beeps.
    Even when you kick it it still beeps, i know that wont fix it but it makes me feel better. 😆
