    Dave is right call them back It seems to me that the thermostate range is two cold , and the water problem is because its to cold, and collecting more ice than it should, when defrosting the water is much for the water container to hold and overflows call them back and ask for a warmer setting thermostate

    Jackfrost again I am not having much luck this time thermal fuses are on the r/hand side of evap not as stated and are square there are two one live and one neutral

    please ignore my posting on making a shorting out device from a duff thermal fuse this could be missinterperated to be used as a repair and not used as a dianostic service as intended my apology to all for this error

    a slight misunderstanding has occured Idid not mean to imply to short out thermal fuse as a repair only to use as a service tool to help find fault Iwould not in any circumstance advocate shorting out fuses
    as a repair
