    Thank you, now we have more idea of what we are looking for the meter will be coming out later. The reason I emailed Neff was they have been helpful in the past, no way on this earth would I call them in to repair it. We have a friendly repairer but he is on holiday at the moment. We will go no further if we find we do not know what we are doing, my husband is an electronics engineer, just not in ovens lol

    Thank you. We pulled it out and had a visual check on it, nothing looked suspicious. Didn’t want to poke around too much as whilst we know electronics we do not know ovens, so it was literally a look to see if there was anything that looked wrong.

    Full number is B1442NOGB/01

    We are currently awaiting an email reply from Neff as well. Slightly worried if it is the thermal fuse, didn’t actually see one (would it be near the thermostat please?) but if that has popped then something must have made it pop, would that not just continue on?
