He’s not bypassing it !!!!!! – he says that he believes it may be the Thermostat, but he is not sure – he said the bypass screw (or something) is in the thermostat

It is being looked at by my Brother – he is a Registered Corgi Engineer – he thinks it may be the Bypass in the oven thermostat, but he is not sure – can you help furthr
