Re: Bosch fridge freezer
New to this forum so bare with me.
I have a KGV3104GB/04 and following us defrosting the freezer section, admittedly with fan heater blowing air into freezer section, the fridge will not start. All lights are on, but no noise. I guess I should ask if defrosting with blown air from fan heater will damage a fridge frezzer?
I checked the compresser as above, but not sure if this will apply to my model of freezer. Black wire which looks like feed from circuit board to blue is 11 ohms, black to brown sire is O/S.
Might this mean my compresser is blown for some reason?
When power is on, no mains feed voltage is present on black wire, but not sure if this is normal as its fed from a TRIAC device on the circuit board.
Is it the compressor?? Can I try anything else to verify further?
