I’d to pay him because he still came out and replaced the element… wasn’t happy about it but done it anyway.
I had a look for a local UKWhiteGoods repairer but there’s none in my area (Fife, Scotland).
If I order the part P/no 76X2744, what’s the chances of getting someone to fit it? :rolls: 😆

Neither the grill, oven, fan, oven light or timer is working. Switch it on, twiddle the knobs, press the clock buttons and nothing at all 😥
The hob still works fine (gas) and the ignition switch for the hob works fine (electric).

I can’t get anyone to get it working. Have had four electricians out altogether. One replaced the element; one had no clue as to what was wrong; one did that sucking-air-in-through-his-teeth noise before telling me he couldn’t do anything with it and the one today said that it was beyond repair.
Any suggestions?
