Thank you for the response.
The drum is not jammed ( i.e. I can manually move it freely) and yes as soon as I switch the machine to any setting the error message comes up.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I think the water flow into the dishwasher is fine, it doesn’t seem to have any problem drawing water, but gets stuck when it comes to draining it out. That’s when the check water light comes on, with a puddle of water at the bottom mid cycle. We have checked the impeller and the drainage pipe, both of which seem clear. Really puzzled…
